In 2016, Nigel became CIO of Northumbrian Water Group (NWG), driving NWG's ambition to become the most digitally enabled water services provider in the world. A passionate advocate for innovation, Nigel founded NWG's annual Innovation Festival, which grew to attract around 3,000 participants from 900 organisations worldwide.
